We are a team of local GetUp members who share a passion for environmental justice, human rights, democracy and economic fairness.
Come along to our picnic at Gough Whitlam Park on Sunday 24th October at midday.
This casual afternoon gathering is a great chance to get to know other like-minded GetUp members in the area, exchange ideas and find out more about our fantastic group.
We’re growing our people-power in Barton, Banks, Bayside, Canterbury Bankstown and Georges River areas so we can get our issues on the agenda and hold our politicians accountable. It'd be great to have you there!
Our ThisCantWait team will also be there if you would like to share some ideas. They are keen to counter Morrison's spin and prebunk disinformation to protect the people and places we love.
Bring your friends and family.
