To build stronger relationships with our local community you will review and improve our strategy, then contact some of the hundreds of people who have had positive interactions with Getup in the past and who either have postcodes in our electorate (the majority of the people), or have rsvped for one of our recent events.

The objectives
* look at how recruiting has been run so far
* develop a team driven strategy
* make some calls to Getup members who meet the criteria above
* then about 7.30, party and review. BYO refreshments and snacks to share as in previous campaign calling parties.

Part of the strategy will be to recruit for a calling party that Marinella and Mark will be running on Thursday 5th July but the prime objective is to start long term conversations with local like minded people who potentially have an interest in campaigning with Barton Action Group.

You dont need calling party experience, the Action Centre interface selects people and provides contact details with some of their history. You ring them using your own mobile at a pace that suits you.

Bring your phone fully charged and a set of earphones/pods if you have them so you can make some calls. BYO refreshments and snacks to share.
