Our future is powered by sunshine. Together, we’re making sure Parliament represents people, not polluters. And we’re speaking out for clean air,water, and the people and places we love. 

But we know our campaign will only win with people power at its heart. Our Movement Building Parties are designed to grow our movement through the power of one to one conversations. Every week, we join together to make calls to GetUp members, inviting them to get involved in our campaign for People, not Polluters. 

If you love connecting with like-minded people and empowering others to take action, this is the event for you! With your help, we can make sure every GetUp member has the opportunity to get involved, making for even more powerful actions. 

When: 6.30-8pm AEST (3.30pm WA, 6pm SA), April 6

Where: From the comfort of your own home! We hold these meetings online via zoom. You’ll be sent a link to join the call when you RSVP. 

Who: Anyone and everyone interested in taking action for climate justice

Don’t worry if you’ve never made recruitment calls before! We’ll run conversations and tech training beforehand and our supportive organisers and volunteers will be on standby if you have any other worries or issues.
