At our local calling party you will get trained on how to have effective voter persuasion conversations and start making calls. You have support from the group if required (unusually required)
The method is simple: connect as fellow citizen on common shared values, compare with candidates and parties performance then ask them how they feel about that and whether it will change their voting intentions.
