Join other GetUp and Australian Marine Conservation Society members to get out and about in Cairns to have powerful persuasive conversations with voters about how they can help block a billion-dollar handout to Adani.

If enough of us join forces on Saturday we could talk to a huge number of influential voters!

When: Saturday 18 November, 2-6pm

Where: Meet at Yorkeys Knob Community Hall, 58 Wattle St, Yorkeys Knob

What: Conversations with people at their doorstep as we hand out a scorecard, giving them information on where the major parties sit on the Adani loan issue.

What to bring: Friends and family, comfortable shoes, hat, water bottle, wet weather gear if necessary.

2-3pm Conversations training

3-5pm Big doorknock to speak to our community about stopping Adani this election

5-6pm Debrief and free BBQ to celebrate our efforts!
