Our team of local GetUp members would like you to join us for an informal lunch where we can share ideas. You may like to know more about us or have campaigned with us before.
We
- started the year with a quietly powerful kick off picnic including talking through personal and community reactions to the Referendum loss and discussed the impact disinformation and misinformation is having on our democratic processes.
- shared in our online yarning circle offering opportunities to share and/or or be kept up to date by email.
- recent topics included SBS undercutting the federal government BetStop initiative on gambling, Palestine (we hope for a successful ceasefire negotiation) and we participated in the Sydney Dont Frack the NT event with some members writing to their super funds.
- and now would like you to join us for an informal social lunch at the Concordia Club where new members are welcome and others can reconnect.
We have a lunch booking and RSVPS will be capped so please only RSVP if you are likely to attend and cancel your RSVP or reply to this email if something comes up to stop you. RSVPs will receive my mobile number for any issues on the day.
