• The Federal Budget has been pushed back to October.
• To obtain funding for a green technology economic recovery and a Jobs Guarantee*, the Listening Survey phase in our communities will support later interactions with Local Government Councillors and Federal MPs in the lead up to the budget.    

This workshop has been scheduled to discuss, plan and build the listening survey in our communities and amongst group members. Those who rsvp this workshop will be invited to an email based campaign discussion group.

Outline agenda

Social events: meet and greet for new campaigners, recent campaigners and anyone who believes that Australians should have a green future with jobs rather than an austerity driven fossil fuel led recovery.

Drinks, fancy dress, what do you suggest?? These events will be online until GetUp decides face to face events are appropriate.

Discuss survey options, initially we will be talking with GetUp members who are often welcoming then survey friends, neighbours, church groups, small not for profits etc. 

Optionally role play the survey.

Out of this workshop, emails will be sent to Barton’s full member list with an invitation to the Monthly meeting on Thursday 9th July and including expanded campaign details.
