Action items out of meetings

Assign someone in your group the task of recording action items coming out of each meeting. Make sure that these action items are easily accessible to the group and ask people to share at the end of the meeting what they are going to do.

It’s really important to check back in on these actions either via email or at the next meeting to help build accountability.
